This $300 Sam’s Club Haul Was NOT Planned
So today, I went to Sam’s Club. I usually shop at Costco since it’s closer to my house, but I had to go to Sam’s Club to return shorts for my son—and of course, I ended up spending almost $300!
But luckily, we came on a good day! It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend, and somehow, a lot of prepared foods were marked down. I’ve honestly never seen that before, so of course I had to take advantage of it.
Stick around—I’m about to show you everything I got today, and trust me, you don’t want to miss it!
First up… Nutella B-Ready Crispy Wafers. These are seriously addictive—I think they might be my favorite Nutella product ever. I could snack on these all day.
I’m trying these Brussels sprouts for the first time. It’s on sale at only $4.98 on sale, I couldn’t say no.
And speaking of sales, I was super excited to see Atlantic Salmon marked down—3.26 lbs for $26.86, just $8.24 a pound! That’s such a steal.
Here’s another deal I’m really excited about—these super soft Member’s Mark shorts were on clearance for just $4.81! I got one for myself and one for my daughter. Honestly, you can’t pass up a bargain like that.
Next, I got Candy Heart Grapes. They’re super sweet, way better than your average grapes, and this 3 lb tub was only $6.93!
These On the Border Café Tortilla Chips are my son’s absolute favorite. I love them too because it’s only $4.48 for this huge bag, and they actually stay crispy way longer than most chips—so there’s no pressure to finish them right away.
This Del Real Mini Birria and Cheese Pupusas is an impulse buy because my son really wanted to try them. Since we love birria tacos, I’m hoping these are as good. I’ll do a taste test in another video soon, so make sure you check back for that!
Now, on to a few Sam’s Club staples: I always get a Caesar Salad Kit whenever I’m there—so cheap at $3.96.
And of course, I couldn’t leave without Member’s Mark Sourdough Bread. This is another family favorite and you can’t beat the price, it’s only $3.98.
I also picked up Beef with Broccoli for dinner—it was on sale for $11.84. I actually made a full video reviewing this one, so if you want to see if it’s worth it, go check that out.
And now, freshly squeezed orange juice—I literally cannot leave Sam’s Club without this. It’s one of the main reasons I love shopping there. $9.98 for a bottle.
We were running low on toilet paper, so I picked up Charmin. Not on sale this time, but definitely necessary.
Here’s a big one—jasmine rice. I usually get it at Costco, but this 50 lb bag at Sam’s Club was only $34.98, which is actually cheaper than Costco. This will last us months!
I got a case of Activia. I only buy Activia at Sam’s Club and not at Costco, and here’s why—the Sam’s Club pack comes with the flavors my kids actually love, so nothing goes to waste. At Costco, you get vanilla instead of peach, and honestly, nobody in my house eats the vanilla. It just ends up sitting in the fridge until we toss it. But at Sam’s Club, it’s all flavors the kids enjoy.
Next up, organic eggs. I never want to run out of eggs, so I always buy some whenever I’m at Sam’s Club. They’re $8.52 for two dozen.
I also picked up CeraVe moisturizing lotion for the kids, and my son wanted to try Dove Men’s Body Wash, which was on sale, so why not?
For fruit, I got a bag of nectarines—they smelled amazing, $8.88 for 4 lbs. And since we’re trying to eat more vegetables, I picked up baby bok choy. Costco doesn’t carry this, so it’s a Sam’s Club must-buy for me.
I also decided to try Taylor Farms Garden Salad for the first time—$2.68 for 2 lbs. Not organic, but the price is hard to beat, so I’m excited to give it a try.
My daughter loves these Member’s Mark cheese and cracker packs. I buy a case every time I’m at Sam’s Club because they’re her favorite after-school snack.
And finally, I’m trying these Chicken Enchiladas for the very first time. They were on sale for just $9, and I’m really excited to see how they taste. I’ll be making a video to let you know if they’re worth picking up on your next Sam’s Club trip.
