My Review of Costco’s Chicken and Salami Sandwich with Tortellini Pasta
I recently discovered a new item in Costco’s refrigerated deli section that’s quickly become one of my favorite ready-made meals—the Chicken and Salami Sandwich with Tortellini Pasta. It’s perfect if you want something quick, affordable, and easy.
The sandwich is served on artisan hearth bread that’s soft but sturdy enough to hold all the fillings without getting soggy. Inside, you get a tasty combo of sliced chicken breast, savory salami, tomatoes, lettuce, and Swiss cheese. It also comes with a packet of Dijon mayo on the side, so I can add just the right amount of tangy creaminess when I’m ready to eat.

But what makes this lunch really complete is the side of tortellini pasta that comes with it. The pasta is delicious and comes with antipasto.
It goes perfectly with the sandwich. Together, they make a filling and satisfying meal for two.
At around $16, I think it’s a great value for a ready-to-go lunch (that makes it $8 per person). It’s great for road trips, park lunches, or an easy meal on a busy day.
I especially love that this is something you can bring to a summer picnic without worrying about the sandwich getting soggy. The side of tortellini pasta makes it feel a little more special than your usual deli sandwich.
If you see the Chicken and Salami Sandwich with Tortellini Pasta at your local Costco, I highly recommend trying it. It’s an easy, delicious, and complete lunch that’s perfect for summer days out or a quick meal at home.
