Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 4 Plantains
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Olive Oil

Ground Beef

  • Drizzle pan with olive oil. Saute onion until transclucent. Add garlic and saute

  • Add soy sauce, salt and diced tomatoes to the ground beef. You should taste the beef as you cook and adjust the salt as needed.
