Pan Fried Fish with Butter Caper Sauce
Easy to cook pan fried fish recipe with butter caper sauce.
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 lb White fish fillet (sole, tilapia, flounder)
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Capers
Add flour, salt and pepper on a plate. Mix it well.
Salt both sides of the fish fillet
Coat both sides of the fish fillet with the flour mix
Add olive oil and butter to a pan in medium heat
Cook the fish fillet. Don't overcrowd. Flip the fish fillet after the first side is browned. Cook until both sides have golden brown color. Don't over cook. Each side should only take 3-4 minutes to cook. Remove the fish and transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, add the butter and melt. Add the caper to the melted butter and serve on top of the fish.
