  • 6 Baby vine tomatoes
  • 3 Button Mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Creme Fraiche
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Heat the pan on medium and add olive oil. Cook tomatoes and mushrooms. Seasonw ith salt.

  • Crack the eggs in a COLD pan. Use a separate pan for the eggs (don't use the tomatoes and mushrooms pan)

  • Scramble the eggs. You need to constantly keep mixing the eggs. Season the eggs with salt. Keep mixing the eggs, don't stop.

  • Add butter to the eggs
